Small, kind steps. You don't have to do them all.
- Drink a glass of water.
- Open a window or step outside for one minute.
- Splash cool water on your face or hold an ice cube.
- Text one person — even just 'thinking of you'.
- Do one round of box breathing (4-4-4-4).
- Put one thing away. Just one.
- Put on a song that you know helps.
- Wrap yourself in something soft.
